We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He said he required time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
